Can somebody explain how you delete old voicemail message in voicemail and listen to more than one message when you have more than one message I chatted to a 3 mobile agent who didn’t resolve this and its driving me Nuts !

Sorry to hear you are having this issue with your voicemails,

Is there not a option to delete your voicemail after listening to it, there should be a option to delete it after it is listened to?

Let me know and if there isn't we can direct you to a team who can look into this further to find out what is going on.

Having this identical problem. Can't get past 1st message to hear second. There are no options to delete it.

Hey @Jon1981,

Hmm, that's strange. Could you try pressing #3 while listening to the voicemail? This should delete it and you won't need to listen to the whole voicemail.

I am having the same issue. I have 3 voicemails the 1st plays then silence, no option to delete and then reverts back to voicemail main menu

Three issuses I am having:

1. My voicemail says i have 5 messages. I can only play the first message. The rest are not playing.

2. Also there is no option to delete played messages.

3. Can't delete my name from greeting voicemail.

Any helper please.

Hi everyone,

We've seen a few posts in this thread now, so I've done a couple of tests on the system just to confirm everything is generally working as it should.

When you dial Voicemail, any new messages should play by default. When listening to a message you can press 1 to repeat the message, 2 to save the message for later, or 3 to delete it. Pressing 2 or 3 should move to the next message.

Once you've cleared any messages you can use 3 on the main menu to update your greetings. You can't delete the "name" greeting, but you can replace this using these options.

If you have any messages you've saved, then when you reach the main menu, you can choose 1 to access the saved messages, and use 2 or 3 to save or delete these respectively.

If this doesn't seem to be lining up with your experience then please add a reply and walk me through in detail in terms of what options don't seem to be working, or what's happening when you dial voicemail.
