      <description>&lt;P&gt;Am in Essex, and can only get mobile data for a few seconds after a device reboot until dropping off again. Operating system suggests I'm out of credit. I have Pay As You Go auto-renew. Anyone else experiencing this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
