Phone doesn't receive calls from EE network

When someone who is on EE network calls me, they can't get in touch it just goes straight to voicemail but they can message me fine. Same vice versa where if I call them, I just go straight to their voicemail but can message them fine. It will sometimes take 5 to 6 calls before 1 finally connects.

Sorry to hear this, it sounds like a really frustrating issue. Did you port your current number over to Three from another provider, or were you given your number by Three?

Just to check is this all EE numbers that you've tested, or a specific EE number you're having trouble with?

I was given my number by three.

A specific EE number. It's been going on for weeks where they will try to call me and it goes straight to voicemail and vice versa despite others being able to call with no issues

Thanks for the extra information. Occasionally these sorts of issues can relate to porting numbers between networks, but it sounds like we can eliminate that possibility.

It does sound like the calls are connecting between Three and EE if the divert to voicemail is happening though. Have you checked your phone for blocked numbers or call screening settings? If the number has inadvertently been added to a blocked number list, it may be passing the call to Voicemail without ringing.

On Android this is usually reached by opening the phone app, open the menu with the three dots in the top right, choose settings, then Blocked numbers.

On iPhones it should be Settings, Phone, Blocked Contacts.
