      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check via the Three app that your spend limit isn't set to zero.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check with Customer Services that your credit limit isn't set to £1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check that mobile data is switched on, and that you have data roaming enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all of that fails try searching manually for available networks to connect to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
