    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help as me and my partner are close to leaving three.&lt;SPAN&gt;t&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unable to use any of my data in France so bought a 3 day roaming pass, which worked fine and expired today.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've purchased another and nothing is happening. On my account i can see the purchase however it says NO RPI FLAG&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're now stuck in a foreign country unable to use our phones and severely annoyed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the new add on kick in and when? It states on the text we received it would happen automatically when the last one expired...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It should automatically kick in once you use any of your allowances. Failing that I suggest you contact customer services via live chat on WiFi if your data is not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
