topic Poor 4G network in Harwell in Network

The 3G signal used to be strong here, it has got a bit weaker over time. 4G was not available until relatively recently. Now we have 4G but only outside in good locations. All we get indoors is 3G, H or H+. With 3G being turned off in September, we will have gone from relatively good coverage indoors to no coverage. Conversely, the other operators 4G signals are strong. Why are Three's 4G signals so poor in comparison? The coverage checker shows nothing wrong, in fact it shows the coverage as excellent, but it is not. I suspect a faulty base station, I tried reporting it but all they want to do is take your details and try and sell you a new contract or phone or similar.
