      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I landed I received no text from 3. My phone 15 has no data despite my being a pay monthly customer. I have tried&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;turning on and off data roaming several times&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;turning phone on and off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;resetting network&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have got iCloud plus so that isn't the issue. The worst thing with this crap company is I can't speak to anyone human.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;any one any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check in the Three app that your spend limit isn't set to zero.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And check with Customer Services that your credit limit isn't set to £1&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's what the problem was thank you. It was because I was under the impression that pay monthly customers can get up to 12gb of their allowance free in roaming destinations. I'll look for another network when I get home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
