So basically, I am in france I have tried using my data and a notification pops up saying that my data may have run out on 'free'. My family have the sam contract and they don't have the problem. Can someone offer some alive please. We are on an unlimited data plan so for 2 pounds a day we should be able to use the full 12 gb of data allowance.

Thank you.

Check via the Three app that your spend cap isn't set to zero.

Also, check with Customer Services that your credit limit isn't set to £1
