Hello guys ! I bought for my girlfriend the 6gb data pack add on from week ago i guess, she still used it very smoothly until today she couldnt use the cellular data any more even she still have 3.6gb allowance left please help me ! We are in Italy, i still can use my 6gb data pack adđ on but my girlfriend couldnt

There is a 12GB fair usage allowance for roaming data. To continue using the data after that, you'd need to have cash credit on the account so that the ongoing data usage can be paid for from the credit.

Hello.

Is the 6GB bundle all your girlfriend has had on the account recently? Or was there a data allowance on the account that was used while roaming prior to that 6GB being added?
