&lt;P&gt;Have you been in touch with customer service by calling or chatting with them? If you've returned the router 8 months ago the team should be able to verify this and get the account cancelled for you.       <description>&lt;P&gt;my Three Broadband number is 07*********&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We applied for Three Home Internet at the Maidstone branch about 8 months ago. They said to try it for a month, and if you are not satisfied, return it. At the end of a month we returned it, we don't use THREE. We were charged for 8 months. I sent 3 emails, but no reply. How can I find a solution? My account is being charged for a service I don't use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
