Hi @enyliram,

Sorry to hear this it sounds like this must be causing a lot of disruption. This could be related to the 3G switch offs, if your phone isn't set up or compatible for 4G calling.

If you look on our Coverage Checker does your area show that we've already stopped 3G there? When you try toggling to 3G mode, do you pick up a signal still?

You can check if your phone supports 4G calling (also referred to as VoLTE) on our Device Support pages. Choose the device you have then check the "Network" section of the Specifications tab there.

I'd recommend to check for software updates, install these if any are waiting, then check if you have any options to toggle on 4G calling, or VoLTE in your Network or Call settings.

Please let me know if any of this seems to be relevant, if not there's some other angles we can explore.

Thanks,
Jonathan

I can't make or receiving calls with my phone, but texts work and data works. I have tried turning the network on and off, toggling between 3G and 4G, I have tried turning the phone off and restart it, I have tried resetting the SIM. My husband is on Three as well and doesn't have this issue, so it can't be a problem with the location either. It just keeps telling me "Network Busy" when I try to make a call anywhere I am and to any number I call. People are also unable to reach me.
