My phone is now only making and receiving wifi calls. I watched a Youtube video on how to turn this off in the call settings but that just turn wifi off completely on the phone.

How do I stop these wifi calls and just use normal sim calls?

Hi,

Wi-Fi calling is brilliant - and is a benefit of mainstream providers ( unlike Giffgaff, where this is not available )

So. Not sure why you want to turn that off - as call quality & overall battery etc - much better for indoors than using the 4/5G

Also, if your call are routing via WiFi - then will also be your phone determines that is the strongest signal

I think option of WIFI calling with Three is a huge benefit.
