One off and monthly charge for go roam pass

A family member on a lite pay monthly plan is trying to buy a one off 7 day EU roaming pass but when adding to basket it is asking for the one off cost of the pass ( expected) and also a £16 monthly charge ( unexpected!) . Is not possible to just pay the one off fee for a pass?

Sorry for any confusion there, the basket total should confirm your existing monthly costs, as well as the cost of the add on.

Thanks for the reply. What made this confusing is the monthly cost mentioned when buying the add on was not the same as the existing cost. For example it was say £16 per month when actually is about £11.
