Internet connectivity has been terrible today. Nothing is working especially with the broadband.

I second this observation - mobile data is terrible in Leeds city centre - the phone often shows full bar 5G but the performance is dreadful, websites don't load, can't even take phone calls too - presume this is due to demand outstripping capacity - but even so this really points to the need to increase capacity + monitor real world performance in areas of high density, etc.

I'm also having the same issue since starting to work in the centre. Absolute rubbish.

I'm sorry to hear you've been disappointed with the signal in the city centre.

Have you checked out our Network Status Checker? This should show any reported issues, work going on or congestion in the area that may be impacting you.

I’m experiencing the exact same problem. It’s been a while now and no one seems to care. The issue I face is in four locations: Park Row, Wellington Street around the train station, Boar Lane and the Hyde Park area. It’s a shame that Three UK isn’t taking this seriously.
