Voicemail not working

Hi.

I’ve been having a problem with my voicemail for over a week now, every time I try to access it I get the following message

“your voicemail has been restricted, please call customer services”

I’ve spoken to numerous people several times a day for over a week, despite all assurances, no one has been able to resolve my problem.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I have a similar issue, when I call my voicemail it says there has been some technical issues. The customer service team can’t do anything about it,
