    <description>&lt;P&gt;No matter what I only get 1 bar of connection when using my mobile, always 1 bar no matter if it's 3G, 4G and 5G it's just the same and I get the same reply all the time from Three, cant even change providers as they unknowingly put me on a 24 month contract for a sim deal!! Need help if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing poor signal quality. Can you please confirm, how long have you been experiencing this issue? Does it happen only at home, or also elsewhere?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Additionally, when you have contacted customer services previously, what specifically was advised?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, please use Our&lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage#tabs-c2d0d12ce8-item-2988999184-tab" target="_self"&gt; Network Status&lt;/A&gt; checker, as this may highlight any issues in the area that could play a part in the network quality you're seeing.&lt;/P&gt;
