    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there. Been trying to purchase Go Roam for Europe this morning. After actually purchasing it twice because I couldn’t find any info suggesting the order had properly gone through I discovered I have 2 passes, neither of which is active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I came here to look for info because live chat won’t launch and now I’m concerned because I haven’t received any emails to confirm I have purchased the add on and a lot of people seem to have had a similar issue where it never activates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone have any advice? I’m on a monthly plan and just recently became a three customer. Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We're sorry to hear that you had these issues when purchasing a Go Roam pass.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please confirm, does the pass show in your My3? Also, have you travelled yet?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To clarify, t&lt;SPAN&gt;he Daily Go Roam Pass is triggered&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;as soon as you use any of your plan's allowances in a Go Roam destination. It won't activate before then to ensure that you get the full duration of the pass on your trip.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im in the same boat... Not active yet. I am already abroad and currently using my mobile data. But since it says my go roam europe allowance is not yet active. I wonder if my charges are slowly increasing...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
