Roaming v Data Passport in Montenegro

I’m going on holiday to Montenegro and I would like to use my phone for the internet, WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.

is it better to get a Data Passport or Roaming?

What is the difference between the two?

A £5 Data Passport gives you unlimited data for a 24 hour period, in a number of destinations. Montenegro is an included destination and you can read more about Data Passports here.

Montenegro is a Go Roam Around the World Extra Destination - so as an alternative to Data Passports, if your plan does not have inclusive Daily Roaming passes, you'd be charged £7 per day unlock your call, text, and data allowance up to a 12GB fair usage limit for 24 hours.

You'd need to ensure your spend cap allows the daily £7 charge to access services. You can enter your destination and read more about roaming here.
