Hello @Dawn3,

Thanks for getting in touch.

We're sorry to hear you're having these issues.

Unfortunately, we're unable to guarantee service quality and connectivity when abroad. This is due to being connected to different networks.

However, we understand it has been an inconvenience to you both abroad and at home.

When you contacted Customer Services previously, what advice was given regarding the signal issues you experience at home?

Was it also confirmed that no spend cap is in place to prevent daily charges abroad, and that roaming is turned on in your device settings?

Thanks,
Michael

Hi @Priyakhachariya,

I'm sorry to hear this. It could point to a number of different issues though, so the more information we have the better advice we can give.

Have you been able to check the Coverage and Network Status Checkers here? This will help explain your expected coverage, and if we're experiencing any issues locally.

Are you having these issues in one place like home or work, or is it wherever you go?

Thanks,
Jonathan

Mines exactly the same and I’m fed up of it. I work as Cabin crew and can never get a signal when overseas despite paying for go roam. Also Uk signal intermittent and well crap! Fed up of being palmed off by Customer service no one has a solution and only solution is to contact 3 when overseas I can’t for two reasons but the main one I have no signal to roam! 10 month and I’m gone
