Running out of data. Top up £5 pay as you go but still has no network at all. Where’s the money gone?

Hello. I have the same problem too. I topped up for £37 yesterday and nothing. The bad thing is that I am not in the country at the moment. Many customers have the same troubles. They have no intention of fixing this problem. How they steal people's money, scammers.

Same for me - just back from holiday in States where I didn't use phone at all. Do they charge for calls made but unconnected, or for texts received or what? I can find no information on exactly what they charge for and of course we get no statements - it's legalised robbery and they're all doing it.

Hello. The fact that you called and no one answered, you cannot be charged for something that was not done. Nothing is clear with this mobile operator. I have been using this operator for 5 years and probably for the last time. By the way, this is not the first time this has happened to me. Some time ago I had put a cash balance of £30 into my account and this money disappeared without knowing how. I'm going back to the UK next week and the first thing I'm going to do is visit an office of these scammers. I will raise such a scandal against them that their imagination is poor
