&lt;P&gt;Has this been an issue since you first connected, or does something seem to have changed recently? &lt;BR /&gt;How long has this been going on for now? &lt;BR /&gt;Have you checked our &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage#tabs-c2d0d12ce8-item-2988999184-tab" target="_self"&gt;Coverage and Network Status Checkers&lt;/A&gt; to see if this seems to be a general coverage issue, or if we're aware of any issues in the area?&lt;/P&gt;
