Hello, thought out the beta of iOS 18 there has been no support from there for RCS messaging. Now the final has been released when three be supporting RCS on apple for their customers.

Was also hoping Three would have this now available. ( but normally Three are last to update anything - but we can hope by 16th September & public release - it appears.

Hi, do you have a timeframe? Beta has been out for months and other networks have managed to do this. Official release is next week. I am really disappointed that three are so far behind.

Sorry there's no timescale we can share publicly. I totally appreciate it's disappointing there's a delay in RCS becoming available, but hopefully it won't be too long of a wait now.

iOS 18 official release is in 3 hours. I have the RC build, visual voicemail seems to be working on iOS 18 😊

Any update on RCS support? I too now get Visual Voicemail which is awesome! About time considering it was originally announced for the original iPhone! 🙂

Can I ask a contractual question. As your not able to provide a service which I need can I opt to end my contract without penalty?

Couple of things I’m really looking forward to RCS on three. However when will Three get Visual Voicemail? It’s been years and only BT I think has it.

Hello, Lukiee24.

Generally that's not something the team would look at as a route to offering a free cancellation. While the network will do their best to meet any reasonable needs from customers, ultimately it's the networks job to provide what was offered.

As you're posting this hear, I'm assuming you're referring to RCS messaging not yet being available at the moment on iOS devices. It was never something that was offered as a part of the agreement or contract you took, and isn't part of any of the agreements we currently offer. While I can appreciate it might be something you need, it's not going to be grounds for cancelling the contract.
