No internet abroad

Hi, I’m in Switzerland and can text and have signal (I’ve been charged the £2 to access my allowance abroad) but I can access the internet! Please help.

Have not exceeded spend cap and data roaming is turned on.

Contacted three support and had to reset network settings - now all sorted
