Now nearly two weeks of having no signal in and around Cambourne Cambridgeshire CB23***. Got only dots where bars should show, contacted customer support twice to be told they’re working on it. Status checker shows a problem being worked on but seriously, I can’t make or receive calls, texts etc and it’s getting a joke now.

It really is an absolute joke! I’ve had a few of occasions now where I’ve missed important messages and calls because they’ve come through late when I’ve gone out of the town or got home and connected to WiFi.

I’m having the same issue in Cambourne. My wifi being 3 as well, I am unable to use WiFi calling neither. I was forced to use my neighbors WiFi to access the internet. It has been a complete and utter inconvenience. Called 3 customer service who were not able to give any useful information about when or if the network will be back. Not so say it was great before neither. Very disappointed.

Oh that sounds frustrating. With the network growing and increasing their coverage, I'm not sure why it would be so problematic in that area for you. It's possible there's some kind of fault in the area that's throwing things off, or perhaps there's a device issue that's making it harder to connect.

The best way to find out more would be to speak to the Support Team on chat or by calling. They can explore the issue in greater detail and advise of the available options.

Hello.

That's not so great. Usually a reduction in network performance is temporary. It can happen when faults occur, or when changes happen in the area. It can take a bit of time for things to be sorted and go back to normal.

It might be worth popping through to the Service Status page to see if there's anything there about the issue you're having.

You could also speak to the Support Team by calling or chatting to explore the options that might be available to you.

It says there is a known issue which is being fixed but it’s been saying that for a while. The entire CB23 postcode has had problems with signal for months. Either we have none at all or it says full signal and 4G but nothing loads, phone calls don’t connect/aren’t received it and messages don’t send.
