Hi,

Today, I have a message stating disconnected from network.

No option to make calls.

There is over £11 credit on the phone, PAYG.

Any help, appreciated.

Hi,

Still cannot make calls!

Any attempt to make a call is followed by out of service area message.

Phone Model: Samsung Galaxy Alpha.

Also, phone software is up to date.

Hi,

I can still recieve texts.

I checked with technical support via the Live Chat yesterday:

I was told that my Samsung Galaxy Alpha phone is not compatible

with the Three network, although apparently a 4G phone, does not have VOLTE

Calling.
