Why is your 5g network worse than your 3g network that you have just turned off? I have a brand new s21 and is fully 5g compatible but the signal is never stable. Bounces constantly from 4g, 4g+ and 5g and only ever have any kind of speed in the early hours of the morning whilst I'm asleep? Not only do I struggle to get over 1mbps during the day on your 4g network, when I do have a 5g signal it's like I have 0mbps and can't even load a simple web page on Google, In fact it's that bad I can't even get on your own app? Postcode is FY1*** and all your checkers say there's nothing wrong and it's an excellent service, I can honestly say it's the exact opposite.

I agree,

3G & 4G were stable. 5G is super fast ‘some of the time, when conditions good - but that’s not often.

Also; seems 5G better outside & poorer indoors (then 4G ) so I use WIFI

Not good.

Signal bounces that much I have 3 places that I have to place my phone perfectly in the right spot to get any form of a stable connection, wouldn't mind I'm about 400 yards away from a booster tower that I presume 3 have an antenna on, they've gone so far backwards in the last 6 months it's untrue

5G are useless unless u stand next to the mast but I can confirmed it constantly went on and off and on and off all times , mostly timer out. Waste of time! What the point of unstable for the future 5G where the older 3G/4G is very stable online all times.

I honest think Three should get rid of all 5G Now! And use it for 4G only!
