      <title>Three otp not being received</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've upgraded my phone and I'm trying to set up my three app. However I'm not receiving my three otp to set it up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All other apps and websites otp are coming through just not threes.&amp;nbsp; Any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had similar issue yesterday, 3 support chat weren't very helpful. For me it appears the missing OTP messages eventually came through many hours later, which was no use ! Just tried again now and did get an OTP, so hopefully whatever issue there was has resolved itself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
