Hi all. Since yesterday my phone will not make or receive calls. I van text and data is fine. Just not able to connect message when calling.

Answers anyone?

Tech support would tell you to turn your phone off and then on. Turn off not restart.

There is a problem with some Three payg services.

They are aware and trying to fix it.

I can't make or receive calls or texts tried everything been going on since Tuesday

I am still in contract so am paying for nothing

Hi @kk65,

This issue could mean that VoLTE/4G Calling isn't enabled or supported on your phone. Have you seen our article How to ensure your phone is ready for the 3G switch off? Let me know if the info there helps you get your calls working again.
