    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I had to factory reset my phone as my data was simply not working on 3 network. Now my calls are not going through. The call starts as normal but there is no connecting, no sound. I dont have wifi calling on the phone, as I was told to turn that off, but it is not that I think. Had no issues with the 3 Sim card but in the past few months the phone itself is misbehaving, either text, or data was not working, since the factory reset they work now I have call issues&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This issue could mean that VoLTE/4G Calling isn't enabled or supported on your phone.
