Cannot make or receive calls on 4G..

I have an iPhone, and for some reason.. the last few days I have not been able to make or receive calls on 4G, even tho I have all bars and WiFi etc. If I switch my phone over to 3G I can make and receive calls, but there’s no bars?! What on earth is going on?? Can 3 please fix this issue! I’m in North Yorkshire UK.

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your calls recently. Most likely this is down to the 3G switch off. There's some advice on How to ensure your phone is ready for the 3G switch off which will help you clarify if your phone is compatible and set up correctly to make 4G calls.
