Hi @Tetrae,

I'm sorry to hear this. What make and model of phone have you been experiencing this with? This could be related to the 3G switch off, if you have a look at our advice on <LI-MESSAGE title="How to ensure your phone is ready for the 3G switch off" uid="36142" url="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Network/How-to-ensure-your-phone-is-ready-for-the-3G-switch-off/m-p/36142#U36142" discussion_style_icon_css="lia-mention-container-editor-message lia-img-icon-forum-thread lia-fa-icon lia-fa-forum lia-fa-thread lia-fa"></LI-MESSAGE> this should help you check if your phone is properly set up for this, and double check that it's compatible for 4G calling services.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi, I live in Norwich and have been finding it difficult to make calls or even data connectivity. Immediately I step out of anywhere with WiFi, I'm not able to make calls or even browse on my phone.

My driving app now uses offline app. I can't drive to anywhere without first pre-programming it on my phone where there's a WiFi.

This has been happening for almost a week now.
