Hello, Sazzle.

I've seen that issue a couple of times with some iPhone users who had returned from some time away. At the time, having them reset the network settings of the device seemed to work in restoring full functionality. I'd recommend trying that. If you're not on iPhone, the same solution might still work, but it also could be that something else is causing the issue.

If the attempt to reset the network settings doesn't work, it could be the 3G switch of that's impacting you. You can find out more about that on our Support Article.

I came back from Greece last weekend and I can’t dial out on my phone even though it has 4g and bars. This happened a couple of years ago when I returned from America. I couldn’t dial out for months then and 3 were useless. Not sure how it fixed itself. Anyone else had this issue and resolved it. I’ve tried the online chat but it’s like pulling teeth with them 😩
