    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you will find that many owners of "4G" phones lost service when 3G was switched off. The usual explanation is that they are not the "right type" of 4G phones and cannot use VoLTE. Looks a rather messy situation, but no one seems in a hurry to intervene.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
