Slight confused, you want to leave Three and move your number to Giffgaff?
That process is simple now, and you don’t even need to call CS,

Simply text the word PAC to 65075 and it’ll text you back a PAC code, you give this to Giffgaff and they’ll organise the switch, when the switch completes your Three account will be closed down..

I'm sorry to hear that you're leaving Three. As @a_ukboy says you can arrange this via text. Here's info on switching network, if you're having trouble sorting this out, please let me know. Also if you can let us know why you're intending to leave Three, I'll be happy to try and help turn the situation around, if that's not possible, we'd still really love to hear any feedback so that we can do better.
