    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I was late paying my bill, services were suspended, Paid overdue amount at 6am this morning, my services (calls &amp;amp; internet) not working, I know it says up to 24hrs but it never takes that long. I rang three they say balance has been cleared no restrictions on there system there end and don't know what to advise (yes the advisor said that)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have taken sim out, switched off phone, tried searching for 5g via settings, turned off mobile data etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have suggestions before I lose my rag with the unhelpful staff, I have 4 contracts with 3 all due up in November...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you please confirm if your services have been reactivated yet? Did you receive an SMS to advise that they should be reactivated?&lt;/P&gt;
