e-sim pin code

hi, I have a new E-sim and have added it successfully but i would like to add a pin code to it for security.

when i choose lock sim it requires a pin code, anyone know the default pin code for a new e-sim?

Hi @bigAL991,

This question doesn't come up too often these days, but the default SIM PIN for Three should be 0000. You get 3 attempts to enter a SIM PIN, then you need to enter the PUK, a unique code for your SIM which customer services can supply. Please let us know how you get on.

Thanks for confirming this @Heinrich, 0000 is usually the default for physical SIMs, I'll check if we can find out why this would differ for eSIMs, and if there's a general default, or how you can obtain your PIN.
