Hi! I am abroad & I bought the 60GB package

Now I received a notification that I used the 18 GB roaming & the connection doesn't work anymore, while I payed for 60GB data

Tips & advice are more than welcome

Hey @I7,

While abroad, you're able to use up to 12 GB of data roaming as per our fair usage policy. If you've exceeded this amount, the only way to get connected again whilst abroad would be to purchase a Data Passport.
