&lt;P&gt;It's not ideal that you've had some problems with messages and phone calls since porting over. Can you confirm if this is still happening?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, do you know if other Three numbers can contact you, and whether it's just non-Three numbers that are unable to call or message?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This isn't an expected occurrence, but porting issues can sometimes happen. We would appreciate the additional info.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>number porting issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just joined 3 and ported my number from GiffGaff, now some people can contact by message or phone call me but my wife,s phone which is still giffgaff gets an unable to connect message. its only been today the transfer has been completed so is this normal, i use this number for my business&lt;/P&gt;</description>
