Exactly the same issue. Have been with 3 since time began. We only barely get one bar on 4g. Ridiculous, what's happened is they have fazes out 3G and that's what supports the boosters. So I understand. I'm going to see what is out there to help. Good luck finding a solution.

Hi , we have a awful phone signal from our house its almost impossible to carry out a conversation!! We have been with 3 for years . Initially we had problems with the signal .This was resolved by 3 supplying a booster box . However the box stopped working . We were told we now had a 5g signal so it was not needed . Obviously it was needed because the signal is so bad . Do 3 still supply these boxes ?.seriously considering switching to another server .

Two things. Check with the Three status page for any issues in your area or call 333 option 4 option 3 option 3 again to speak to tech support. Just one more thing, if your devices are compatible with WiFi calling then that would immediately solve your problems.

Hi @Lawson,

Home Signal Boosters were introduced at a time when Wi-Fi calling wasn't too common of a feature. These days if 4G signal isn't strong at home, most customers will have access to call and text with Wi-Fi calling using their existing Home Broadband. Have you been able to test if Wi-Fi calling helps in your situation?

We're also working on reallocating spectrum used by 3G over to 4G, so hopefully you'll see an improvement soon. When did you initially start to have issues with picking up coverage at home?

Thanks,
Jonathan
