&lt;P&gt;Have you tried any other SIMs in the device to rule out that it's device-related?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're still without service, and the transfer date has long passed, it may be that a replacement SIM is required.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you able to pop to a store to request this with photo ID? If your account isn't live yet, this may not be possible via our online &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us?intid=contact_us" target="_self"&gt;customer support&lt;/A&gt; team.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Sim card not activating</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just received my iphone 16 pro max. Im a new customer to 3 (switching from o2). I have put my new three sim in my iphone and i have not received any activation messages and my phone just says no service. How can i activate my sim if i am not receiving the activation texts. I cannot ring three because the phone has no service?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you've been unable to activate your SIM. Can you please confirm if this is still the case today?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Usually, we'll text you to let you know we've begun activating your SIM. This should only take about 30 minutes but during busy periods it may take longer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, as your network is displaying as having no service, this would indicate that it's maybe not being detected. Can you try to remove the SIM and put it back in?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its been 24 hours and it’s still showing as no service. I have reset the phone many times and removed the sim and placed it back in but that doesnt solve anything. Please advise?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
