iPhone 16 Pro order

Hi everyone, I ordered my upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro on 24th September and frustratingly was given a delivery estimate of 31st October….. I’m a bit concerned however that I’ve heard NOTHING since then….. it’s still showing on my orders in my account, but I’m a bit concerned……. Can anyone reassure me whether this is normal? I haven’t upgraded my device with Three since 2013……

Welcome to the Three Community.

You will receive a notification from DPD on the day of delivery with a tracking ID and an estimated delivery time. Please be aware, that this can take up to 2 pm to arrive if your delivery is scheduled for a later time slot.

Your order will remain as 'submitted' on your account until it's handed over to DPD, it'll then change to 'Delivery' and 'Completed' after the device has been delivered successfully.

I hope you love your new iPhone when it arrives!

My son ordered the 16 Pro last week and was given the 30 th October as delivery date, but then today got a message saying it will be delivered tomorrow the 24th so you might get it sooner than you thought
