I bought 2 x 3 day ATW add ons to use in Florida for our 2 pay monthly phones. We arrived in Orlando and received a notification text from 3 telling us they were now 'active' - my account also shows it but neither phone can make calls. I tried online chat and followed instructions to manually select a carrier - no difference - waste of money, thank god I didn't take out a longer period!!

I also bought 3 x PAYG sims and activated them before we left - made a few calls in the UK to confirm they worked. 1 month unlimited calls/texts and 6GB data.

Two of them work - the other has full signal but can't make or receive calls despite being on the same network as the other two 😡

Really annoying

Hello there.

That's quite strange, I'd expect the results for each PAYG SIM to be the same if they were all set up in the same way. Can you confirm if you've tested each of the SIMs in the same phone? Just to rule out any possible phone configuration issues.

What about the Data, is that working on all of them?

Pete.

Data and voice are working on two devices - I'll try taking my PAYG out and trying it in the non working phone. The 3 day passes on the pay monthly phones expired with neither working - we did at least receive notification from 3 telling us they had expired 😪

Getting the third sim working Would be a bonus 👍

Same issue with my working sim in the 'non working' phone - and that sim will not work in my phone.

The sim was definitely working before leaving the UK - I activated all three in my phone and made a couple of calls on each to check.

Brian
