Can’t send SMS

Hi,

since this afternoon I have been unable to send SMS texts from my iPhone. I’m still able to send iMessages but I have multiple contacts who don’t have iPhones and all my SMS texts are failing to send. Could someone assist me with sorting this out please? I’ve tried turning phone off and also flipping it into aeroplane mode countless times but to no avail.

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with sending texts. Can you confirm if you're able to receive texts without issues? What about making and receiving calls, and mobile internet? Are those working OK?

I am also having the same problem with not being able to send MMS to non Iphone users.

upped my spending cap to £10 which is more than enough, at times it may send, other times it doesn’t?!

That's not great. How long have you been having that issue? What kind of phone are you using?
