Hi on my new phone Moto G34 I an only make and receive calls from landline numbers only any other or mobile numbers it won't allow making or receiving calls please if anyone knows why?

Oh no, that's odd.

Could you please take your physical SIM out and reinsert the SIM?

If you are using an eSIM, turn the eSIM off and back on:

1. From the home screen, navigate to apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Network & Internet.
4. Select Mobile network.
5. Toggle your eSIM off.

If this doesn't work, could you try switching flight mode on and back off, please?

From the home screen, swipe down to access the notifications screen.
2. Swipe down again to access settings.
3. Tap the settings icon.
4. Tap Network and Internet.
5. Tap Aeroplane mode to turn it on or off.
