Calls has poor quality to landline but fine for mobile numbers

Hello,

Anyone has any idea on the issue I am facing. It has be going for really long time. When I call any other mobile number there is no issue with the call but if I call any landline number, the call has a poor quality and my voice has drops in the speech so the person in the other side doesn't hear the full word and I struggle to pass any useful information. This issue happens to any landline number and happens wherever I am located in UK.

Ah, that's quite an odd issue to be experiencing. Since you can make calls to mobiles without the issue, it sounds like your phone and signal are good. Could you try testing a call to a landline again, but before doing so, make sure to turn off your Wifi calling, or if it's easier, just turn off Wifi. Does that change anything?
