Network is now so bad on three I would get more signal if I cancelled my contract took the money I spent on that contract and burnt it . I could get better Comms with two empty yogurt pots and a length of string . How can they justify charging a single customer a single penny

Hello there.

Welcome to the Three Community.

Signal issues are understandably frustrating. The network is always doing what it can to improve and fix issues when they crop up.

In situations where issues do crop up and effect your ability to connect, it's best to check the Service Status Page first. You may find that it can advise what's happening and how long it might take to resolve. If you need to speak to the team to get further support and to have the issue looked into some more, pop through on the Support Page.

Pete.

I recently moved to 3 and I must admit the signal ad service coverage is shocking. All calls I make you can hardly hear the person and you end up having to cancel the call. People try and call and it says no signal but have bars and coverage. It's not my phone ss I used an esim whilst on holiday and had no issues. I've been on 3 now for 3 months and signal doesn't get better.

Hi, Hannah.

That's not so great. It seems strange that you'd be having those issues all the time. Have you tried resetting the network settings on the phone? If not, it would be worth trying that, as it will cause the phone to re-download the latest version of the carrier settings and ensure things are configured correctly. It might also be worth looking at turning your Wifi calling off, as that can in some cases cause calling issues.

Pete.
