    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I’m just back from Spain, and ran into an array of issues while there. I couldn’t receive or make calls, texts or didn’t have any data. I purchased two go roam passes to no avail. Checked roaming was active, checked I had a limit of more than £10 and credit was &amp;nbsp;more than £1. Also did a manual switch of networks whilst there. I felt rather vulnerable as family were trying to contact me over an urgent matter and had to get in touch with my hotel to reach me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This isn’t good enough Three, and I want fully refunded for both go roam passes as I never seen the benefit of those.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i will be arranging to end my contract and going with another more reliable network. An absolute awful situation I was placed in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/27395"&gt;@johnm75&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm sorry to hear you had trouble accessing Go Roam while abroad and can imagine how worrying this was.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd recommend getting in contact with our&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2W1nlZb" target="_self"&gt; Customer Service team&lt;/A&gt; to check you have roaming enabled on the account itself, and also raise a complaint regarding your recent experience.
