    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anybody else noticing a steady decline in the coverage and quality of calls and messaging?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am in an area (Street, Somerset) where there is supposedly good coverage. My calls don't go through or drop out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Messages take minutes to go through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm thinking to change provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are there any reported issues or work going on in your area at the moment?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How long have you had your current SIM card? Another suggestion would be to reset your Network Settings in the device settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Kate&lt;/P&gt;</description>
