Good morning three, please for the past One week now I can neither make nor receive calls... Kindly use your good office to help me out .

Location in country for context?

I live in Kingston Park, Newcastle and I am in the same boat.

No phone calls or data at my home address.

I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to make or receive calls, this must be frustrating.

Have you checked out our Network Status Checker for any reported issue or work going on in the area?

Are you able to make/receive calls outside of your home address or is this issue impacting you everywhere?

What's make/model of your device?
