      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it just your telly? Might be a telly issue maybe not&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's a "firestick" or "dodgy box" then it is definitely not a 3 problem. They can buffer simply because they are dodgy&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
